HAPPY BIRTHDAY Chelsey! Since sobriety/autism I've also struggled with the effort of organising and hosting birthday celebrations that I think people will enjoy. Perhaps I'll do it differently this year! Thanks for the inspo x

Thank you for this- and happy birthday! I relate to so much here and it is really helpful to see how you navigate your journey. I’m still working on self acceptance but not drinking and understanding my diagnosis are a big part of that journey.
