Congratulations on napping! That could be your yes every week :) I used to nap a lot but then developed the sense that it was inappropriate as my career developed. At one job I used to close my office door, telling people I was focusing on a hard task, and fall asleep in my chair. Recently I've gotten comfortable napping again on the weekends, and working from home I've been occasionally letting myself do it during the week. It makes me more productive even though I feel like it's somehow "cheating" on work. It is a privilege for sure.
Yes, I think it's a pretty permanent yes, that one. I've been seeing them all as more longstanding than for just the week, in fact. It does feel like cheating but then there is plenty of time at work spent not actually working. Chatting to colleagues for instance... Generally on my busy day I am too energy deficient to do much chatting to colleagues so it all balances out I hope.
